What You'll Do
You will be responsible for designing system solutions for EMI/EMC and lightning tolerance, developing EME requirements for electrical systems and components, and leading company-wide system and component level EM design, analysis, and test activities.

Who We Are Looking For

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics with a focus on EM.">
  • More than 15 years of experience in aerospace system EMI/EMC testing, electrical design, and verification.">
  • Expertise in EM physics, coupling methods, and effects relevant to aerospace systems.">
  • Knowledge of triboelectric charging, p-static analysis, dielectric breakdown, grounding/bonding, lightning effects, shielding effectiveness, electrostatics, transfer impedance, and radiated/conducted emissions/susceptibility, RF co-site effects and analysis, RF multipactor effect.">
  • Hands-on experience with computational electromagnetic solvers like ANSYS EM suite (HFSS, Maxwell, Q3D, SiWave), CST, EMA3D, or equivalent.">
  • Comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience with MIL-STD-461G and DO-160G.">
  • Demonstrated small team technical leadership abilities.">
  • Ability to work effectively in an inclusive environment.">
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.">

Annual Compensation Range: $186,789.00 - $261,504.60 based on qualifications and experience.
