Job Summary:
The Arizona Department of Economic Security is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Case Manager Unit Supervisor. This role is responsible for supervising and directing work activities of subordinate staff, providing necessary training, and ensuring the implementation of high-quality services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct work activities of subordinate staff, providing necessary training and technical advice.
- Review cases assigned to the work unit, assess needs, and assign cases to staff members.
- Attend and facilitate meetings, including staff meetings, district supervisory meetings, and meetings with representatives of other governmental and community organizations.
- Develop and implement Individual Support Plans for complex cases, interviewing and counseling members and family members as needed.
Requirements:
- Arizona Licensed Registered Nurse in good standing or Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work with a minimum of three years of case management experience.
- Three years of management experience and three years of case management experience with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or Counseling.
- Successfully pass background and reference checks, and obtain a valid Level One fingerprint clearance card.
