Job Summary

Graco is a leading manufacturer of premium equipment for fluid handling and coating applications. We are seeking a skilled Assembler - Production Specialist to join our team in the Industrial Division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, assemble, repair, test, and package sub-assemblies and finished products.
  • Maintain required work quality and output, adhering to established QMS/ISO requirements.
  • Operate test equipment to ensure products meet all required test specifications.
  • Maintain and report inventory accuracy.
  • Understand and follow established Graco safety requirements.
  • May be required to train or direct work of co-workers.
  • Maintain housekeeping and organization of the department and work area.
  • May be required to perform minor maintenance of equipment.

Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Previous manufacturing and/or assembly experience.
  • Computer operation skills at an intermediate level.
  • Ability to read and follow operation layout instructions.
  • Ability to set up and perform operations where quality, tolerances, and operation sequence are of critical importance.
  • Successful completion of established applicant tests.
  • Ability to stand/walk/sit for up to eight hours.
  • Reasonable accommodations considered for physical requirements of position.
