MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking a skilled Cabinet Assembler to join our team. As a Cabinet Assembler, you will be responsible for manufacturing or assembling cabinets or cabinet components to meet or exceed production goals while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Align with production goals and objectives
  • Work collaboratively with teammates to meet production demands
  • Ensure quality at or above expectations
  • Meet or exceed production goals
Requirements
  • Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and move materials up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand or walk an entire shift (can be 8-10 hours)
  • Ability to read measurements, work or calculate numbers, use handheld tools
  • Must be 18 years of age, have reliable transportation, and the ability to work overtime as needed
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
  • Previous experience in assembly or a production-oriented environment preferred
