Key Responsibilities:

  • Charting, patient education, and operatory setup and cleanup
  • Delivering outstanding patient experiences throughout their appointment
  • Taking and processing X-Rays as prescribed by the Dentist
  • Maintaining accurate treatment plans and patient files at the direction of the Dentist
  • Completing sterilization processes for equipment and operatories
  • Educating patients on the importance of their oral health
  • Collaborating with the team on scheduling, patient experience, and maintaining the condition of the practice and equipment

Requirements:

  • Advanced Dental Assistant Certification (EFDA, EDDA, EFODA)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in dental assisting
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and dental software such as Dentrix, Eagle Soft, or Dental Vision
  • Superior communication skills and commitment to partnering with team members for an exceptional patient experience

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including $27-$29 per hour, comprehensive benefits for full-time positions, paid time off and holidays, company-paid volunteer day, uniforms/scrubs provided, quarterly bonus opportunities, employee referral program bonuses, radiology certification reimbursement, medical, dental, and vision insurance, company-paid life, short-term and long-term disability insurance, health reimbursement, and flexible spending accounts.
