Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Pediatric Dental Assistant to provide chair-side clinical support to doctors and hygienists. As a key member of our team at Advantage Dental, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient experiences, working collaboratively with the team to maintain high-quality care, and contributing to the growth and development of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Charting, patient education, and operatory setup and cleanup
  • Delivering outstanding patient experiences throughout their appointment
  • Taking and processing X-Rays as prescribed by the Dentist
  • Maintaining accurate treatment plans and patient files at the direction of the Dentist
  • Completing sterilization processes for equipment and operatories
  • Educating patients on the importance of their oral health
  • Collaborating with the team on scheduling, patient experience, and maintaining the condition of the practice and equipment

Requirements:

  • Advanced Dental Assistant Certification (EFDA, EDDA, EFODA)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in dental assisting
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and dental software such as Dentrix, Eagle Soft, or Dental Vision
  • Superior communication skills and commitment to partnering with team members for an exceptional patient experience

Compensation and Benefits:
