Lead Lean Industrial Engineer

We are seeking a Lead Lean Industrial Engineer to mentor, inspire, and spearhead lean methodologies and principles throughout our operational sectors. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a cultural shift that leads to significant improvements in operational performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance plant expertise in a diverse array of Industrial Engineering techniques and Lean methodologies.
  • Optimize workflows by analyzing process flow diagrams and suggesting enhancements.
  • Establish and oversee the timeline for industrial projects.
  • Direct the creation of lean layouts to ensure efficient material flow and part family arrangements.
  • Collaborate with the manufacturing engineering team to guide the technological direction of the plant.
  • Apply problem-solving strategies to uncover innovative solutions to technical issues.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in process reengineering and lean manufacturing practices.
