As a Senior Process Integration Engineer at Micron, you will be responsible for defining technological specifications, developing program strategies, and securing resources to propel process technology development initiatives. Specifically, you will create advanced interconnect technology solutions, including wafer-to-wafer bonding through Hybrid Bonding or Fusion bonding techniques. You will integrate process workflows that encompass wafer thinning and through-wafer interconnect methodologies. You will oversee these programs or projects until the deployment of technology nodes into our High-Volume Manufacturing (HVM) operations. You will establish a roadmap for yield enhancement and process margin improvement, ensuring continuous collaboration with manufacturing to facilitate rapid yield increases of new technology nodes and packaging solutions. You are expected to work autonomously, set strategic direction in alignment with leadership and partners, and demonstrate the capability to guide teams towards achieving project goals. You will be acknowledged as an expert in broader integration domains by peers in both manufacturing and technology development sectors. You must be adaptable to change and uncertainty, operating with a sense of urgency. Apply sound engineering principles and judgment, seek guidance from experts, and make critical, timely decisions. You will also be responsible for advising and leading the efforts of others, ensuring effective communication, engagement, and accountability to achieve program objectives.

Qualifications:
