- Organize and prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly activities to optimize revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- Establish a referral network to gain introductions to potential clients, generating new sales opportunities.
- Close deals while making appropriate concessions aligned with the core interests of Citi Private Bank.
- Support team members in gaining the experience needed to build credibility with clients and intermediaries.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to team success, prioritizing team objectives over personal achievements.
- Encourage collaboration among team members to deepen client relationships and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Extensive and proven background in Private Banking, particularly within the UHNW market.
- Significant experience in leading client teams and managing transactions.
- Demonstrated success in relationship selling.
- Comprehensive knowledge of all Citi Private Bank banking and product systems, platforms, tools, and capabilities.
- Fluency in foreign languages as required.
- Creative and innovative mindset.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
- Thrives in a business development environment.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Proficient in IT, including Excel and Word.
- Regulated role with applicable qualifications and/or licenses.

- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range: $150,000 - $300,000.00
In addition to salary, Citi's offerings may also include discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
