We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team at CCRES, Educational & Behavioral Health Services. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality behavioral health services to children, families, and schools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children diagnosed with behavioral and mental health disorders.
  • Provide behavioral consultation to families and schools to promote positive behavioral change.
  • Train and supervise Behavior Health Technicians on evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) to identify underlying causes of challenging behaviors.
Requirements
  • BCBA certification with active PA Behavior Specialist License.
  • Current clearances, including PA Child Abuse (Act 151), PA Criminal (Act 34), and FBI Department of Human Service background clearance.
  • Professional Liability Insurance.
