Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Development: Provide guidance and support to kitchen staff, including training and development programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the preparation and serving of food, ensuring that all menu items are prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that the kitchen is always stocked with the necessary ingredients and equipment.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food is handled, stored, and served in accordance with AMC's food safety and quality standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including front-of-house staff and management, to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certification preferred.
  • Experience: 6 months of food handling experience and minimum of 6 months supervisory or commensurate leadership experience.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of food safety and quality standards.
