Job Description

At Duracell, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a CLV Plant Operations Specialist. This role is responsible for managing the overall site Shipping/Receiving Operations, providing instruction to lift drivers, and overseeing the Site Miscellaneous Shipping Process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage shipping documents and ensure accuracy of receipts of incoming materials.
  • Ensure proper handling of materials and finished product, and that all outbound shipments are made on a timely basis.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and documentation of cycle count processes.
  • Use SAP and REFLEX to plan inter-plant shipments.
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
  • Perform tasks of REFLEX key-user, including maintaining all REFLEX master data.
  • Communicate shift operation schedules to transportation partners and Warehouse Operations.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping of the Shipping & Receiving area.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • SAP and REFLEX knowledge as pertain to inventory and operations.
  • Strong computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Able to acquire and maintain Duracell sit-down forklift certification.
Preferred Skills:
  • Stand-up and sit-down forklift experience.
