Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and analyze patient data to inform care decisions
• Assist in planning and implementing patient care plans in collaboration with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers

Requirements:
• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Tennessee
