Position Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Cybersecurity Systems Specialist (CSEP) with an active Top Secret Clearance to join our business development team. This role will focus on enhancing our IT Services and Cyber Security offerings for clients in Civil and DoD markets.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Cybersecurity Systems Specialist, you will be tasked with the following:

  • SMTP Management:
    Oversee high-volume SMTP relays, serving as a subject matter expert for the Proofpoint mail security system, and troubleshoot mail delivery issues using logs.
  • Proxy Expertise:
    Utilize in-depth knowledge of Bluecoat Proxy SG and SSL inspection systems to diagnose user connectivity challenges and collaborate with partners for comprehensive investigations.
  • DNS Administration:
    Manage the Infoblox DNS system and ensure optimal functionality of BIND/DNS.
  • Monitoring Systems:
    Employ the Xymon monitoring system to configure new modules, investigate issues, and generate management reports.
  • Logging Maintenance:
    Ensure the archival logging for network systems is maintained.
  • Zero Trust Support:
    Assist in the deployment of the Zscaler Zero Trust solution for TIC 3.0.
  • Networking and Systems Support:
    Provide support for network technologies and Unix/Linux operating systems.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred
  • Active Top Secret security clearance
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP)
