- Deliver personalized service from the initial greeting through to the checkout process.
- Communicate current promotions and sales clearly to customers.
- Capture customer information to enhance service and sales efforts.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns proactively.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-presented.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures consistently.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
