**Head Coach Varsity Mens Lacrosse Position:**
Lewiston Public Schools seeks a highly skilled and motivated coach to lead our high school varsity mens lacrosse program. As a key member of the athletics department, you will develop and implement a comprehensive coaching program that promotes academic excellence, athletic success, and character development among student-athletes.

**Annual Compensation:** The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, retirement planning, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a seasonal practice plan that aligns with team goals and objectives
  • Recruit, hire, and manage assistant coaches and support staff
  • Maintain accurate records of team performance, including game stats and player evaluations
  • Cultivate relationships with parents, alumni, and community members to promote the program
  • Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and other stakeholders to support student success

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in education, physical education, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level
  • Strong knowledge of lacrosse rules and regulations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
