We are seeking an experienced and passionate Varsity Men's Lacrosse Coach to lead our team to success. As a key member of the Lewiston Public Schools athletics department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive lacrosse program that promotes academic excellence, athletic achievement, and character development.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in coaching and experience working with high school-aged students. You will be expected to create a positive and supportive team environment, foster a culture of sportsmanship and respect, and provide guidance and mentorship to student-athletes.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive lacrosse program that aligns with the mission and values of Lewiston Public Schools
  • Recruit, coach, and develop a talented team of student-athletes
  • Design and deliver engaging practices and game plans that promote teamwork, strategy, and physical fitness
  • Maintain accurate records and statistics, including player attendance, grades, and game results
  • Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school administrators to ensure a positive and productive team experience

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., education, exercise science, or sports management)
  • At least 3 years of coaching experience at the high school or college level
  • Strong knowledge of lacrosse rules, strategies, and safety protocols
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • CPR/AED certification and first aid training
