Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Store Associate to join our team at Shamrock Foods Company. As a Retail Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe store environment, and executing sales floor activities with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service through all engagement activities in the store, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Store Maintenance: Perform general cleaning duties and maintenance of a safe environment, including dusting, sweeping, and restocking shelves.
  • Sales Floor Activities: Process customer purchases, execute cash balancing for the cash drawer, and maintain pricing and signage accuracy of all products.
  • Inventory Management: Participate in store inventory counts, opening/closing procedures, and working in cold environments.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ months of retail experience preferred, food service industry a plus.
  • Language: Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Required to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about the store. Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs; frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. on shelving of various heights.
