Key Responsibilities- Process order receipts efficiently, prioritizing timely order processing and outstanding customer interactions and relationships.
- Register and process customer orders in the ERP system, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
- Support the order-to-cash process, collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve collection issues and ensure seamless customer experience.
- Initiate and track PMMT (new product setup and color) requests, escalating as necessary and following up on urgent requirements.
- Facilitate solutions for customer needs, leveraging advanced knowledge of products, markets, and specifications.
- Provide price quotations to direct accounts and for non-standard pricing, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements, reducing customer complaints and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
- HS Diploma/GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5-7 years of work experience in customer services and/or sales support.
- Strong proficiency in the use of SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Excellent customer service orientation, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of planning, production, and logistics functions.
