Job Summary

Genesis HealthCare Country Club Road is seeking a skilled Receptionist to join their team. As a key member of the medical office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer all incoming calls professionally and courteously, redirecting them as necessary
  • Welcome, greet, and direct patients, visitors, and guests with a smile
  • Coordinate outgoing and incoming mail with precision
  • Maintain up-to-date lists of patients by name/room number and employees by name/phone extension
  • Order supplies and perform other clerical duties as needed
