Key Responsibilities- Perform routine weekly pool cleaning and maintenance tasks for residential and commercial pools
- Inspect and maintain pool equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Conduct water chemistry tests and adjust chemical levels as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
- Work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team to achieve goals
- Identify and report any equipment repair needs to the support team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Smartphone (stipend provided)
- Agree to a background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Pool Operator License is valued but not required
- Access to a late-model company truck outfitted with tools for your work
- A monthly stipend to cover usage of your personal smartphone
- Immediate accrual of paid time-off for your use following a qualifying period
- Six (6) paid company holidays
- Opportunity for profit sharing distributions once the eligibility criteria to receive such distributions has been met
- Collared polos, hats, sunscreen, raincoats, towels, bottled water, Gatorade & snacks
The Pool Maintenance Technician position currently averages 15-25 hours/week but is expected to increase as the pool season approaches and more clients are added to the schedule. We offer competitive compensation based on candidate experience and continued success. This position also has the potential of earning bonus pay and/or incentive pay when goals are met.
