Nurse Care Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, assessing patient needs, and developing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including physician consultations and lab results.
- Utilize clinical expertise to make informed decisions, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Foster positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- One year of experience in nursing preferred.
- Current Texas State RN License.
- CPR (American Heart Association) certification.
- ACLS (American Heart Association) certification within six months of hire/transfer date.
- PALS (American Heart Association) certification within 18 months of hire/transfer date.
- NIHSS required within 90 days of hire/transfer date.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum.
