Job Opportunity

Springs Dental is seeking a skilled and personable Associate Dentist to join our practice in New York. Our ideal candidate has a compassionate bedside manner, strong communication skills, and a minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience.

This is a great opportunity for an associate looking for mentorship and clinical development. Our practice empowers clinicians to grow and develop their skills through educational opportunities and a generous CE allowance.

About Our Practice

  • We have been serving the community since 2015.
  • We have 3 doctors and 4 hygienists, with 7 operatories.
  • We have a schedule of Monday – Thursday 8am-5pm.
  • We have a 50% FFS / 50% PPO mix.
  • We have modern office equipment, including a Medit Scanner and Cerec.
  • We have an active patient base of 3,300, with 35-40 new patients per month.

Compensation and Benefits

  • We offer a strong minimum guarantee and % of collections.
  • We provide a generous CE allowance.
  • We offer benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) eligibility.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree with active license in New York.
  • Completion of a residency program in general dentistry is preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years of clinical experience.
  • Highly proficient in all aspects of general dentistry.
  • Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships with patients.
