Senior Cybersecurity Assurance Specialist

Years of Experience:

A minimum of ten (10) years.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

Proven experience in all functional and technical requirements associated with IAT position specifications as outlined in DoD Directive M, 8500 (Cybersecurity), 8510 (RMF), 8551 (PPSM), CJCSI f (IA & CND), etc. Applies extensive knowledge of various concepts, practices, and procedures in the IA field to ensure secure integration and operation of all computer enclave systems. Works autonomously to assess and resolve intricate IA-related issues promptly and thoroughly. Monitors, tests, and troubleshoots hardware and software IA challenges within the enclave environment. Prepares and/or supervises the creation of IA certification and accreditation documentation. Develops comprehensive information security requirements based on the analysis of user, policy, regulatory, and resource demands for complex network and enclave systems. Assists clients at the highest levels in the formulation and execution of doctrine and policies. Provides leadership and guidance in the development, design, and application of solutions implemented by junior staff members.

Qualifications:

Information Assurance System Architect and Engineer (IASE) level II in accordance with DoD 8140. A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or computer engineering, accompanied by at least 10 years of relevant experience.
