We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team at Source Mantra Inc. as a Senior Data Scientist.
About the Role
As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for fine-tuning Large Language Model (LLM) models and building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. You will work closely with our team to design and optimize LLM models by following SAFE AI principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement advanced machine learning algorithms to improve LLM model performance
- Design and build RAG pipelines to enhance model efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into our products
- Conduct thorough analysis and testing to ensure model quality and reliability
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI research
Requirements
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- Expertise in pattern recognition, neural networks, statistics, and algorithms
- Strong background in computer science and machine learning
- Experience in fine-tuning LLM models and building RAG pipelines
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python
