Compensation PackageOur compensation package includes a competitive salary range of $46,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year, with opportunities for bonuses and advancement based on performance. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as a 401(k) and pension. In 2022, the average income of our agents under the N8 and N9 Agent's Contract who met annual minimum sales production requirements was $115,917.

Key ResponsibilitiesThe New York Life Financial Services Professional role involves working closely with clients to understand their financial needs and providing them with personalized solutions to meet those needs. This includes educating clients on how to plan ahead for the future, promoting customized ways for them to achieve their long-term financial goals, and cultivating relationships to help every family member or individual pursue financial security. As an agent, you will also be responsible for building professional networks, prospecting for new clients, and providing compassion and guidance to clients when unfortunate life circumstances arise.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as a strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset. You should also have a desire to help families and businesses address their financial needs, and be able to build professional networks and prospect for new clients. Preferred qualifications include sales experience, banking/finance experience, and FINRA S6/7 and S63/66/65 licenses or ability to obtain them in-role. The job requires flexibility, hard work, and dedication, but offers a rewarding career with potential for growth opportunities and a competitive salary.
