Position Overview

Production Scratch Baker: $20-$22/hour

• Adhere to recipes and presentation standards in a timely manner.

• Assist in the preparation and baking of various recipes.

• Safely and efficiently operate kitchen equipment.

• Follow daily sanitary and safety protocols.

• Maintain a tidy kitchen and workspace.

• Restock supplies as necessary.

• Become knowledgeable about Mercurys' café offerings.

• Be open to performing additional tasks as directed by management.

• Ability to scale ingredients accurately.

• A dedicated team player who can also work independently.

• Strong attention to detail in presentation, preparation, and cleanliness.

• A self-motivated individual who maintains a positive attitude while being responsible.

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Preferred 1 year of experience in a high-volume bakery setting.

• Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential.

• Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
