Key Responsibilities
  • Perform systems engineering activities and assist in the preparation of work products in technical process areas associated with the ISO/IEC 15288 standard.
  • Provide Tier 2 system support and ensure the delivery of high-quality systems engineering solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement systems engineering strategies and processes.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design documents, technical requirements, and test plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve systems engineering practices and processes.
Requirements
  • Twenty (20) years of systems engineering experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex systems engineering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong technical leadership skills and ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Waveform/Signals Analysis, Protocol Analysis, Bit-level Analysis, Error Detection/CORrection Coding Analysis, Radio Frequency/De)Modulation/De)Multiplexing/De)Randomization Analysis, Geolocation Principles, and other relevant technical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Graduate of SADP/MCSAP/MCCEPSA/MSAP/NIXAP programs.
  • Experience with Python programming and other relevant programming languages.
  • Knowledge of SIGINT Analytic Support to Military Operations (SASMO) and other relevant technical areas.
