Responsibilities

This role involves providing administrative and logistical support to the Healthy Living Center of Excellence, including maintaining electronic databases, conducting motivational interviewing conversations, and promoting high enrollment in classes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage electronic databases, ensuring accurate and secure storage of private health information.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to increase class enrollment and program participation.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare providers and community organizations to coordinate care.
  4. Ensure timely completion of program documentation and data collection forms.

Requirements:

  • Education: One or more years of education and/or work experience in health promotion, public health, community outreach, or similar field.
  • Skills: Working knowledge of preventative health programs and philosophy, ability to interact with individuals' health-related information, and experience with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Certifications: YMCA Healthy Lifestyles Principles certification and Listen First Level I training.

Salary: $22.50 - $24.20 per hour.
