In this role, you will:
- Respond to and resolve inquiries through various communication channels, including phone and email.
- Address IT-related issues encountered by our partners during their daily operations.
- Document and track interactions using our ticketing system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
- Strive to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Engage in effective communication with team members and other departments.
This full-time position (39 hours/week) operates during standard office hours, Monday to Friday, offering a competitive salary aligned with market standards.
