At SLP Operations, LLC, we're committed to delivering exceptional care and support to our residents. As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you'll play a vital role in providing compassionate nursing care and promoting the overall well-being of our patients.

Job Summary

The LVN will work under the supervision of the Director of Nursing to provide high-quality nursing care to residents, as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with industry standards and regulations. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as you'll work closely with other healthcare professionals and residents' families to ensure seamless care delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) staff to ensure they are following proper procedures and protocols.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet residents' unique needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in good standing, currently licensed by the State.
  • Ability to relate positively to residents and their families, while working cooperatively with other employees.
  • Capable of maintaining regular attendance and meeting productivity expectations.
  • Ability to supervise other employees and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
  • Meet all local health regulations and successfully complete a post-offer health assessment.
  • BLS certification required.
Salary and Benefits
