As an Occupational Therapist at Evergreen Healthcare Center, you will play a vital role in our interdisciplinary therapy team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans to help patients regain functional independence.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Providing education and training to patients and their families on proper techniques and strategies for daily living.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
