A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Benefits Enrollment Specialist to join their team. This role involves working with new and existing Medicare member clients to process enrollments and various other requests, ensuring regulatory compliance with the Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience with CMS guidelines for Medicare Part D enrollment processes or previous work experience in a regulatory environment. They will be responsible for identifying and processing different types of documents, routing them to the correct area for processing, and meeting monthly established quality and productivity goals.

The Benefits Enrollment Specialist will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring excellent communication skills, prioritization, and organizational abilities. They will also be responsible for managing confidential information and making decisions within strict timelines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with Medicare member clients to process enrollments and requests
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance with CMS guidelines
  • Identifying and processing different types of documents
  • Routing documents to the correct area for processing
  • Meeting monthly quality and productivity goals

Requirements include:

  • At least 1 year of experience with CMS guidelines for Medicare Part D enrollment processes or previous work experience in a regulatory environment
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information and make decisions within strict timelines
  • Basic skills in MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of medical terminology

A-Line Staffing Solutions offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary of $17.25 per hour and benefits available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment. The position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based on attendance, performance, and business needs.
