Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement Process Management: Manage the procurement process from receipt of Purchase Requisition to delivery of material, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Maintain effective communication with Procurement agents, Supply Chain personnel, and internal and external customers to ensure seamless execution of procurement activities.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including PO output, cycle time, delinquent report management, ticket processing time, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-year related experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of supply chain processes, ability to adapt and change, and excellent collaboration skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Financial Acumen: Experience with financial analysis and budgeting.
  • Government Contracts: Experience with Government contracts, processes, and procedures.
  • Automation Tools: Experience with automation tools and software.
  • SAP: Experience with SAP software.
  • Microsoft Outlook: Experience with Microsoft Outlook.
