Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate Pastoral Care Counselor to join our team at PruittHealth. As a Pastoral Care Counselor, you will provide emotional and spiritual support to patients and families in need, promoting healing and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments of patients' spiritual needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Provide counseling and support to patients and families, addressing concerns and fears.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to integrate spiritual care into treatment plans.
  • Document patient interactions and progress, maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Divinity or related field; ordination or certification preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in pastoral care or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and opportunities for professional growth.
