The Ninth Circuit ruled that any extraneous information in a disclosure form prior to obtaining a background check violates the standalone disclosure requirement under the FCRA.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Senior Associate Attorney

  • Compensation: Up to $300K+ with significant bonuses (dependent on experience)

We are seeking a senior-level Associate with a minimum of 5+ years of preferred experience in employment law litigation and class actions within a law office environment.

Senior Associates will be tasked with managing a team on a daily basis, supervising Junior Associates, and overseeing all aspects of the cases assigned to them. They will ensure that the daily management of cases by their Junior Associates adheres to the firm's standards while also collaborating on case strategy, planning, discovery, depositions, settlements, and more complex legal motions.
