About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Electrification Distribution Solutions team as a Low Voltage Switchgear Associate Product Manager. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the ReliaGear Low Voltage Switchgear Product Manager and contributing to the ANSI/NEMA Distribution Solutions Portfolio Management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead market intelligence analysis and identify potential gaps in the portfolio, considering competition and new market opportunities.
  • Own technical and market specifications for the offer, determining a business plan that supports sustainable growth while leading customer need and value analysis, planning the roadmap to create maximum value, and following up on portfolio performance.
  • Lead the offer lifecycle management process, analyzing current offers, defining, and tracking performance metrics, and making decisions on offer obsolescence and end-of-life to ensure that current and future market requirements are met to maximize profitability.
  • Set targets, monitor offering costs, and provide inputs to operations functions (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Production) to maximize competitiveness and profitability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent area of studies.
  • Over 2 years of experience in an industrial environment in an engineering, product marketing, sales, or product management role.
  • The ability to speak Spanish is helpful for the role.
  • Basic knowledge of power distribution products.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% and occasionally internationally.
