About the Role:
  • Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to patients with speech, language, or swallowing disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and treatment sessions to address a range of communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
  • Active Colorado Speech Language Pathologist License (DORA) or valid compact license.
  • Current CPR (BLS) certification.
  • Valid Driver's License (for Home Health only).
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence granted by the American Speech Language Hearing Association, in Speech Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
