Job Summary:
As a skilled RN Med, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment. Your expertise will be essential in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate medical information and provide direct and individualized bedside nursing care to pre-and post-surgery patients.
• Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Perform various nursing procedures, including changing dressings, inserting catheters, and starting IVs, with precision and care.
• Monitor patients' vitals and report adverse reactions to medications in a timely manner, ensuring prompt intervention when necessary.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective discharge plans, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
• Educate patients and their families on surgical procedures and post-surgery care, promoting informed decision-making and empowerment.
• Maintain and update patient files, medical charts, and health records, adhering to best nursing practices and protocols.

Requirements:
• Current RN licensure and relevant certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and other relevant software systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities with ease.
