  • You will engage with customers in the showroom and over the phone to convert inquiries into appointments for our sales representatives.
  • Your responsibilities will include managing customer information in our account management software, developing product knowledge, and communicating customer needs to our service team.
  • You will also participate in promotional events, manage office supplies, and maintain a clean and professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to build strong relationships and convert inquiries into appointments.

• Manage customer information in our account management software to ensure accurate data entry.

• Develop extensive product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and meet their needs.

• Participate in promotional events to increase sales and promote our products.

• Maintain a clean and professional office environment to provide an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Available for part-time hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, and a rotating Saturday schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail environment.

• College degree is a plus.

Salary

$19-$23 per hour based on experience. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package to support your career goals and well-being.
