Compensation:
Hourly Minimum: $34.65
Hourly Maximum: $35.69
The responsibilities include implementing physician directives, administering medications, initiating IVs, conducting treatments, procedures, and special tests, while documenting care as mandated by organizational policies and applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
Additionally, the nurse will order, interpret, and assess diagnostic tests to evaluate patients' health conditions.
Key duties involve:
- Assessing and evaluating patient requirements and responses to the provided care.
- Utilizing sound nursing judgment in making patient care management decisions.
- Delivering primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
- Administering prescribed and over-the-counter medications as per orders.
- Collaborating with the nursing team to formulate a comprehensive Plan of Care for all patients.
- Guiding and supervising ancillary staff while upholding professional nursing standards.
