Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Agreement Management: Draft and negotiate commercial agreements for financing greenhouse gas reduction products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Transaction Support: Provide support for financing transactions for projects that promote clean energy technologies, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Corporate Governance: Offer guidance on corporate governance matters and compliance policies, ensuring alignment with company values and regulatory standards.
  • Economic Inclusion: Collaborate with internal teams to drive economic inclusion initiatives, promoting access to clean energy technologies for underserved communities.
  • Other Duties: Perform other necessary duties as required, contributing to the overall success of the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund Team.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Juris Doctor degree and Bar membership in the state of the position, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in business contracts or financial services.
  • Skills: Advanced negotiation, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative environment and demonstrate a commitment to economic justice.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Community Development Experience: Familiarity with community development financial institutions or similar organizations, with a strong understanding of their mission and goals.
