Key Responsibilities
  • Master Planning and Capacity Planning: Develop and implement effective master plans to ensure optimal inventory levels and capacity utilization.
  • Materials Management and Flow: Manage the movement of materials and finished goods, minimizing inventory investment and ensuring efficient production schedules.
  • Tactical Procurement: Oversee the purchasing process, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of raw materials and components.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a technical discipline.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in Operations or Supply Chain, with 3-5 years of management or supervisory experience.
  • Certifications: APICS certification preferred.
  • Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills, demonstrated ability to lead team activities, excellent problem-solving skills, and proficiency in computer and presentation skills.
