We are seeking a skilled Corporate Transactional Attorney to join our team at On Call Counsel in Cayuga County, NY. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts, providing legal counsel during business meetings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business operations and contractual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and review a variety of contracts, including master service agreements, IT service agreements, and maintenance agreements.

Provide legal counsel during business meetings to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and contractual needs.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Must be admitted to the New York State Bar.

Willingness to relocate to Cayuga County, NY.
