CM CORP is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee both Ground-up and Tenant Improvement commercial projects in Southern California and Arizona.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of construction sites, including subcontractor coordination and scheduling.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, meeting or exceeding OSHA standards.
  • Develop and maintain positive professional relationships with project stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and enforce project schedules with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Take initiative to drive projects forward without supervision, identifying and communicating design deficiencies, schedule conflicts, or project-specific concerns with the Project Manager.
  • Ensure all work is installed per plans and specifications, while maintaining schedule and enforcing quality control standards.
  • Track and report all project expenses.
  • Document site progress through photos and daily logs, and prepare site safety reports.

Requirements:

  • Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel more than 70% of the time.
  • Must have experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent, overseeing new ground-up projects.
  • Must be proficient with computer, smartphone, and digital camera.
  • Procore experience is preferred.
  • Must be detail-oriented and organized.
  • Resume should include a list of references and a list of completed projects.

Compensation is dependent on experience, with a salary range of $62,400 to $104,000.
