POSITION SUMMARY
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you play a crucial role in patient care at Rochester Regional Health.

The
PACU at Rochester General Hospital is a specialized 28-bed unit dedicated to the care of patients in recovery following surgical procedures.
EMPLOYMENT STATUS:
Part Time (20 hours per week)

WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday - Friday (Day/Evening/Night plus On-Call)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Patient Satisfaction: Actively seek and respond to patient feedback to enhance service quality and processes that improve the patient experience
- Medication Management: Administer medications and provide/receive relevant reports, both written and verbal
- Documentation: Ensure thorough, relevant, and accurate patient care documentation using computerized medical record systems

LICENSES /
CERTIFICATIONS:
BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association (AHA), RN - Registered Nurse - New York State Education Department (NYSED)
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
M - Medium Work - Involves exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing, or squatting.

COMPENSATION RANGE:
$ $48.00
The stated base pay range reflects a good faith representation of potential base pay for a successful full-time applicant. It may be adjusted in the future and is eligible for additional pay components. Compensation is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contractual agreements.
