  • Manage employee schedules, including creating and adjusting schedules to meet business needs.
  • Take charge of inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment, ensuring a welcoming space for customers and employees.
  • Manage key financial aspects, including cash handling, sales reporting, and budgeting.
  • Step in for the Store Manager as needed, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 21 years of age or older
  • Access to a car or other motorized vehicle
  • Liability insurance on such vehicle
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and days, adapting to our dynamic environment
  • Fluent in English with basic math skills
  • Prepared to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Eager to learn and grow with our company
