• Handle Statehouse events with professionalism and attention to detail.

• Reset event spaces promptly after use, particularly during busy legislative sessions.

• Follow established procedures and instructions while performing tasks.

• Provide leadership to team members in the absence of direct supervision.

• Operate commercial-grade cleaning equipment as required.

Qualifications:

• Comprehensive knowledge of audio, video, and sound equipment, as well as cleaning tools used in event settings.

• Physical capability to perform tasks involving standing, walking, lifting, and bending.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently with minimal oversight.

• Exceptional customer service skills to assist visitors and clients effectively.

Supervisory Role:

This position does not directly supervise State employees but is responsible for guiding Project Search interns and facilitating training for new staff.

Work Environment:

The role involves a dynamic work environment with physical demands, including lifting and moving equipment. The workspace is primarily indoors, with occasional outdoor tasks, ensuring a safe and comfortable atmosphere.
