The AR Collections Supervisor will lead, motivate, and support the AR collections team to execute and achieve the company's strategic goals.

This role requires developing positive relationships with customers, pricing management, and field sales management teams.

The AR Collections Supervisor will ensure the maintenance of department standards for days sales outstanding, aged receivables, and POs.

This role involves actively monitoring and evaluating daily, weekly, and monthly metrics, taking actions as needed to meet targets.

The AR Collections Supervisor will analyze and resolve administrative errors that delay invoicing or payments.

This role requires providing or facilitating accurate reporting on trends, analysis, KPIs, and other metrics, recommending process improvements to management.

The AR Collections Supervisor will organize regular meetings with the AR staff to communicate information and guidance from company leadership and review policies, procedures, and best practices.

This role involves providing direct assistance with special finance projects and analysis while creating efficiencies.

The AR Collections Supervisor will adhere to the company Code of Conduct, AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies.

This role requires ensuring compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to the role.

This role requires five years or more of credit and collections management experience.

A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines are required.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is essential.

A thorough understanding of policies and procedures used in accounts receivable is necessary.

Strong management and leadership skills are required.
