Job Overview

The Pool & Beach Attendant will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of luxury service at our pool and beach areas. This includes providing exceptional knowledge of food and beverage menu items, offering personalized amenities, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service by anticipating and fulfilling their needs
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the pool and beach areas
  • Offer personalized amenities and services to enhance the guest experience
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of high school degree or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar role or related field
  • American Red Cross certification in First Aid, AED, and CPR (or equivalent)
  • Ambitious and proactive approach to work
