As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner. You will identify customers' needs and wants, clarify information, and provide solutions to their issues. You will also recognize opportunities to upsell our products and services, follow our company's communication scripts, and keep records of all conversations in our call center database. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills, be open-minded to learning and taking on new tasks and concepts, and be cooperative with co-workers and supervisors. The position requires a high school degree or equivalent, computer literacy, and the ability to sit for long periods of time. The schedule is Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and rotating Saturdays 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Benefits include paid vacation, paid personal leave, medical/dental insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, and supplemental insurance.
